AussieMum Posted November 11, 2013 Share Posted November 11, 2013 Hi, While I'm officially on day 1 of this program, yesterday I was compliant except for taking a vitamin gummie which had sugar in it. I've done a whole 30 before approximately a year ago, but bad habits have crept back in so it's time to do it again. Breakfast today was 2 eggs, with chicken pieces, grated carrot and zucchini cooked in coconut oil. Lunch today was chicken, and leftover curry mince and vegies cooked in coconut oil from yesterdays lunch. I also had an orange and some pistacchios. It's mid afternoon now, and I'm really hungry, so I'm planning on having an apple and some celery. Dinner tonight isn't planned, but I have plenty of meat and vegies so it wont be difficult to put something together.
