However, I keep reading about people turning this into different salad dressings... What are y'all making? Recipes? I'm getting sorta sick of o&v on my salads. SpinSpin Posted November 12, 2013 Share Posted November 12, 2013 I do a creamy Asian style dressing that is really good on chicken salad--mayo, coconut aminos, garlic, ginger and dry mustard powders, salt, a touch of sesame oil and non sweetened applesauce to sweeten up the dressing a bit. Rather tasty, and I also make a southwestern style ranch with green chilies, chili powder, cumin, dill, garlic, onion, tomato paste--really good. Course, I do make the southwestern ranch as a whole batch--so good! I also thin it out a bit with coconut milk if needed for dressing, rather than a dip, because it does make up rather thick.
