LindaLee
My husband and have been doing pretty well for a bit on this with a couple of concerns: When he had his colonoscopy a few years ago, they told him to really up his fiber. Hustorically he's done this with Fiber One cereals and oatmels. Now that we've eliminated grains, he's struggling with constipation. Which veggies are highest in fiber? I'm not having that problem (usually), I think because of the magnesium I take every night (Natural Calm...love it!). What I am starting to have are those painful calf cramps/Charlie Horse in the middle of the night. Any/all advice welcome!!!
kayell
Both fruits and vegetables: Avocados, greens of all kinds, carrots, eggplant, mushrooms, pumpkin and winter squash, sweet potatoes, berries of all kinds, apples, bananas (and plaintain), asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, +++ He'll need to drink more water with less carbs being eaten. This could be a MAJOR part of the problem.
