JD12377
I'm on day 13. Is it normal to feel bloated? N fat feeling? Like you need to keep going to bathroom?
amberino21
People go through various stages, and feeling bloated during the first couple of weeks isn't unusual as your body goes throfg lots of changes. What you're eating may also be causing issues - if you post a few days of food log and activity we could see if there's anything that might be causing bloating and suggest changes
JD12377
Should I just post here as I go? Or at days end try to remember lol. This morning I had a kale omelet cooked in coconut oil.
amberino21
A few days of food you've already eaten would be a good start!

amberino21
I am SO bloated. I hardly go to the bathroom and Im feeling fatter than ever! Help! Like I said above, a few days of food log would be good to see what you're eating. There could be a number of reasons, but without a food log it's impossible for anyone to make any suggestions!
