sick and nauseated

I woke up great today, had a great whole 30 breakfast, got some exercise and took a nap.  When I woke up I felt like I've been kicked in the face and I'm extremely nauseated.  I had a little roasted turkey for lunch but had to stop because it didn't want to stay down.  I was shaky, but went to the grocery store anyway.  I stuck to a whole 30 shopping list, but I keep wanting comfort food like mashed potatoes and bread to settle my stomach.  My head tells me this will make me feel better, but after 21 days on the plan I don't want to quit and I don't think reintroducing is going to make me feel better, but worse.  

 

Honestly, I'm just feeling horrible and I don't want to slip.  Any suggestions?  or encouragement?

i suspect that you need to eat more. Trembling and nausea are common signs of low blood sugar, which makes me wonder if you might not be eating enough in general or enough carbs in particular. Did you eat enough yesterday? Was your dinner early or activity level high? Try giving yourself a couple generous whole30 meals (and a few big glasses of water) and see how you feel.

Thank you both!  I tried your suggestions and so far so good.  I seem to go through phases where this is extremely hard.  The timeline that is posted on the website is pretty accurate except sometimes it feels like I go through the whole gamut of phases in one day.
