Punkity Posted November 17, 2013 Share Posted November 17, 2013 I woke up great today, had a great whole 30 breakfast, got some exercise and took a nap. When I woke up I felt like I've been kicked in the face and I'm extremely nauseated. I had a little roasted turkey for lunch but had to stop because it didn't want to stay down. I was shaky, but went to the grocery store anyway. I stuck to a whole 30 shopping list, but I keep wanting comfort food like mashed potatoes and bread to settle my stomach. My head tells me this will make me feel better, but after 21 days on the plan I don't want to quit and I don't think reintroducing is going to make me feel better, but worse.
