Jinkse21
I signed up for the daily emails when I did my first Whole30 in April and was wondering if they ever get updated with new information. I plan on doing another Whole30 in January after the holidays but wasn't sure if I should just reference my previous emails which I saved or sign up for another round as I found them very helpful and motivating the first time. Moderators Tom Denham Posted November 20, 2013 Moderators Share Posted November 20, 2013 I'm pretty sure the emails are the same, so referencing the ones you saved is the thing to do.
drtracyb
I signed up for them when I started my second whole30. Even though it was a repeat, just having the message in my email account was a good reinforcement for me as I started each day. I think it's $4.95 to receive a second round. vt67
Are the daily emails motivational quotes and inspiration or are there also meal / recipe ideas and etc? Thanks
Lisa L
vt67 - yes to all of the above. They will reference what stage you may be going through, give ideas to help curb withdrawls or cravings, recipe ideas, resources for beyond and more. Also, there's a little button you click at the end of each day whether "I did it! Another whole30 day in the bank." or "I messed up, start me over." It's a great accountability that helped me get through all 30 days. Just know that you have to sign up a couple of days before you plan to start. They won't start the e-mails at day 5 - they start at day 0.
