And i have other question , for dinner is ok to eat only vegetables? And the last one : do you stop eating fruit in the afertnoon? Or you are free to eat the fruit anytime ? Thank you! Watch out for added sugar in particular, but other non compliant ingredients may also be added. All of your meals need to follow the template, with protein, fat and vegies. You need protein - the template, and recommended amounts has been developed to ensure you're eating sufficient amounts. Why would you have a meal of only vegetables? You can eat fruit with any meal.
