I sauteed onions, garlic and ginger in ghee. I added a pinch of saffron soaked in a few tablespoons warm water, some cardamom pods, some garam masala and ground fenugreek, salt and pepper. I added the riced cauliflower and cooked it all together until is was the perfect al dente texture. You could add cashews and raisins like the do at Indian restaurants but I didn't think it was needed.

Thank you for sharing, that looks absolutely fantastic! I'm inspired to try cauliflower rice now. And the trader joes sausages are sugar free and nitrate free? I was there the other day and looked at a few of the processed meat labels and then got frustrated so I bought free range chicken and moved on to the nuts and seeds. I would like to find a chicken sausage or kielbasa product of some sort.
