TheRealAndra
I've had lots of fun cooking and eating on my first 12 day of the Whole 30. I just posted a bunch of photos on my blog from my meals of the past 12 days. I hope it's OK to post the link here. It may help give newer folks some meal ideas. Sunday Spam. Laura Jeanne Penrod
Loved the rice idea and your pics make everything look amazing. How did you make the rice? Specific recipe?
MingoNW
Paleo Food Porn is SUPER helpful and inspiring.... The "rice" idea is good. I make zoodles with julienned zucchini and LLLLOVE it. TOTALLY works.
TheRealAndra
I sauteed onions, garlic and ginger in ghee. I added a pinch of saffron soaked in a few tablespoons warm water, some cardamom pods, some garam masala and ground fenugreek, salt and pepper. I added the riced cauliflower and cooked it all together until is was the perfect al dente texture. You could add cashews and raisins like the do at Indian restaurants but I didn't think it was needed.
Laura B
Thank you for sharing, my fellow Mariettan! I just got some TJ's jalapeno sauce, haven't used it yet!

Aberrantatavia
Thank you for sharing, that looks absolutely fantastic! I'm inspired to try cauliflower rice now. And the trader joes sausages are sugar free and nitrate free? I was there the other day and looked at a few of the processed meat labels and then got frustrated so I bought free range chicken and moved on to the nuts and seeds. I would like to find a chicken sausage or kielbasa product of some sort.
TheRealAndra
I buy sausages at Whole Foods, the Trader Joe's ones don't seem too Whole 30 friendly. The chicken and apple sausage at Whole Foods are awesome.
