Yesterday I had such intense cravings I thought I might give in. All I can say is always be prepared and stay strong. I'm a sugar fanatic myself so make sure you are always are ready. Make sure you eat enough at meals too, that will help you from being hungry and snacking on fruit. Whatever you do don't eat fruit alone.
