Lexie1221 Posted December 21, 2013 Share Posted December 21, 2013 I'm experiencing major inflammation in my elbow. Started when I started the whole 30. I'm also a cross fitter and on day 98 of the burpee challenge so that could explain the pain I'm experiencing but I thought it could also be part of the first week detox. Any thoughts?
