Erin16
Hi all, I'm going to start my first Whole 30 on Jan 1. Regarding coffee, is there a particular type/brand that people drink on Whole 30? Also (and forgive me if this is a silly question) if coffee comes from coffee beans then why is it whole 30 compliant?!
trezkholl0806
Any coffee that does not have artificial flavorings/ingredients is compliant. Also, try blending with some coconut oil and/or full-fat coconut milk - so good and creamy!
Robin Strathdee
Also, coffee beans aren't actually...beans (legumes). They're more like seeds and therefore just fine
Juice06870
Technically they are coffee seeds rather than 'beans'. So not part of the legume family. You are safe
