Dragonfly5 Posted July 23, 2012 Share Posted July 23, 2012 Hi there, yes another Aussie trying this whole 30 challenge, I've been paleo for 2 months so hoping it will be easier for the first few days, no carb flu! My main goal is to keep stripping the fat as the paleo certainly works, except it's easy to go overboard on the paleo desserts and nuts! I was still having some dairy so that element will be a challenge. My hubby is now doing paleo but I couldn't quite convince him to give up his red wine or dairy just yet! I certainly notice how good you feel eating primal and doing primal exercises. No afternoon slumps for me anymore and amazing how you're not that hungry, which I think means I'm a fat burner.
