Whole30 Beginner
My CrossFit box is starting a gym-wide Whole30 challenge on Jan. 4 and I've decided to partake. I've never really been excessively overweight, but I love food, and not always the good stuff. I've followed a very non-strict paleo diet for a while, but I've never MADE myself do it full force. I've ordered The Paleo Recipe Book and I think I have the basics down. 30 days is a big committment, but I'm excited and looking forward to it!! BeckyKay
It does feel that way - but realizing the elimination part is 30 days then you start re-introducing to see how your body reacts to different foods is quite enlightening and for me - life changing!! Then after you have done it for a while - it starts feeling like the norm - and that helps you expand what you are doing - as long as you keep thinking whole 30 lifestyle. It will all be good!!
