Started this morning

After reading the site and book, I started my first whole30 this morning. I used to follow the Atkins plan, but between eating their low carb products and other low carb protein bars loaded with sugar alcohols, nasty bacon, cheese, and such...I ended up having a major binge over the past few days and I feel just awful. I currently have a massive headache, sinus drainage, asthma is present (usually goes away when I lay off of the grains), sore joints, bloating, acne, and I'm exhausted. I'm also overweight by about 35 pounds. I feel unbelievably awful. I'm really looking forward to feeling great soon and treating my body well.
