Rlowe
I so excited to start this process and get back on track. I lost 70lbs in the last 18 months by gradually moving into the Paleo lifestyle. Unfortunately I "fell off the wagon" about 10 weeks ago after I has surgery and was out of work for 5 weeks. Since I have been allowing non-Paleo foods back in my diet I feel horrible, headaches and some of my old stomach issues are cropping up again. I hoping this will put me back on track and get rid of some of the cravings I have been struggling with.
smkcmo
I also started on Dec. 29th and am now day 2. I have gained about 30 pounds over the last 3 years which I attibute to alcohol, sugar and not enough exercise. I have been addicted to carbs for a long time but my metbolism was able to keep the pounds off. But now my age has caught up with me and I need to take some serious measures. I was off work yesterday so cleaned out my pantry and restocked with paleo foods and then cooked for about 2 hours to get plenty of healthy food ready to eat. I feel great today and full of energy and very excited about my goals and plans to achieve them.
Rlowe
I did the same got rid of the rest of the holiday goodies and filled my fridge with health foods. Wine is definitely my biggest downfall as I have given up everything else. Good luck smkcmo!
