MK09 Posted January 1, 2014 Share Posted January 1, 2014 Hi! I am stoked to be starting the Whole30 program. My husband and I are doing this together, but for him this is easy. He is extremely fit and has no problem eliminating junk from his diet (it's pretty clean to begin with). His only real loss is the beer he has when he comes home from work on occasion. For me it will be so much more difficult. I am an emotional eater and to top it I have a whole slew of food allergies and intolerances. To be honest there are very few things I can eat and not cause inflammation in my body. So basically I have been dealing with the stomach pain, joint pain, headaches and etc because I am at a loss of what to eat. I found the histamine food list and am going to go off of that and see how it goes. I am so pumped and for the first time in years am actually looking forward to changing my eating habits. I am tired of being my own worst enemy and ready to be my body's biggest advocate! Let the Whole30 begin! I am READY! Looking forward to meeting new friends along the way. Happy New Year!
