Doc gave me 30 days, so here I go...

30 days to make a change in my bloodwork. I am counting on whole30 to do this for me :D I have done this before but didn't have any lab numbers to compare to....

 

Today's plan

 

*eggs, peppers,onion, kale scrambled together with coffee

 

*salad with carrots, peppers, tomato, and im sure some other veggies, olive oil with lemon, meatballs made last night that are Whole30 compliant (grass fed beef, egg, garlic, parsley)

 

*Salmon, veggie that I will figure out then, with olive oil and garlic most likely.
