bamawhitney Posted January 2, 2014 Share Posted January 2, 2014 Hi everyone! I'm so excited to start my first Whole30 on the 5th of January. I've always been very active with running and working out but Ive gotten discouraged when I would not have weight-loss success. So yes, I am going into this for weight loss but also to rid myself from craving junk. I feel so blah when I eat junk so I am ready to stop! I don't really have any medical issues I am hoping to see improve with the removal of the junk from my diet. I do know when I cut carbs alone my running, sleep and overall mood improves greatly!
