Starting 1st Whole30 on 1/5

Hi everyone! I'm so excited to start my first Whole30 on the 5th of January. 


I've always been very active with running and working out but Ive gotten discouraged when I would not have weight-loss success. So yes, I am going into this for weight loss but also to rid myself from craving junk. I feel so blah when I eat junk so I am ready to stop! I don't really have any medical issues I am hoping to see improve with the removal of the junk from my diet. I do know when I cut carbs alone my running, sleep and overall mood improves greatly! My goals for the year are 20 lbs lost by June 1st.
