M1 (11:30): arugula, cabbage and beef

M2 (3pm) leftover west african chicken

M3 (8pm) berries and almonds.


I really want a pizza right now.  I'm feeling jealous of people who just don't know any better - like I used to be in college, and eat McDonalds for lunch every day.  Ok so McD's doesn't sound good but a pizza does!
