Day 9:
breakfast, spicy sausage, spinach and zucchini mmmm
lunch: quiche and "rice"
Dinner: pot roast on big salad kind of like chipotle salad with guacamole on top 
Snack: quiche and "rice"

Day 10:
Breakfast: eggs and quiche
Lunch: Zoodles (just got the spiral machine thingy in)
Dinner: Chipotle (whole 30 approved) salad with pork, and guacamole
SnacK: salad with 1/2 sausage and 1/2 avocado

 

Drinking lots of water and a few cups of black coffee a day

I like to have quiche on hand. Like right now i need to make some more but I am going to look for a different recipe maybe put chicken in it? I dunno.
I am going to make some chicken strips to also have on hand for snacks with a salad.
I found a whole30 ketchup that I'll be making.

Update:
Day 20

I am doing so much better. Kind of getting bored and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I've havent been hungry nearly as much between meals. I need to look through nomnompaleo's app, on my iPad and look for more ideas.

Breakfast: eggs (shocker) with sausage
Lunch: zucchini noodles, avocado and sausage or something I forget
Dinner: BBQ hamburger patties on top of lettuce with avocado

My daughter's birthday party was yesterday. I made cakepops, pizzas, cupcakes and fudge. I didn't taste, not even a nibble. She also had unjunked candy their version of : m&ms, peanut m&m, snickers  and peanut butter cups. I didn't even look their way.

I havent been updating here but I've been hanging in there, going strong.

Day 21:

Not going to list everything I ate because that is boring. I will however tell you about some new dishes I decided to try, since I am bored out of my gourd with the food I have been eating.
