My favorite breakfast is boiled egg(s), raw veggies like carrots, snap peas, celery and tomatoes, and 1/2 avocado. Here's my favorite part: I use the avocado as a veggie dip! Add a little s/p and it's delish! My only problem with breakfast is that I wait till I get to work to eat because I'm just not hungry. Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 2, 2014 Moderators Share Posted January 2, 2014 A big part of why the Whole30 works is that it establishes a healthy hormonal rhythm that supports better sleep and improved fat burning. Eating within an hour of waking is not as much about your feeling comfortable as getting your hormones into their proper rhythm.
