Coffee without flavored creamer was my first big change, but I lived through it. :-) then egg scramble with sautéed mushrooms and broccoli. Birdcage Baby Posted January 2, 2014 Share Posted January 2, 2014 It's my first day too. I don't drink coffee, soda is what I'll be struggling not to pick up. I'm not a fan of eggs either and this morning I over spiced them. I'm thinking guacamole on the side would make them a rad sexier. Oh well...good luck! AmyinCA Posted January 2, 2014 Share Posted January 2, 2014 Started my 2nd today...the first time not having 1/2 & 1/2 in my coffee was unthinkable...I used coconut milk instead, when my Whole 30 was over I rushed back to 1/2 $ 1/2 and found to my surprise I no longer liked the taste, it was okay, not bad but I missed my rich creamy coconut milk, so I dumped it and made a new one right there- it was such a surprise!
