Good morning! Starting this morning for the first time. Coffee without flavored creamer was my first big change, but I lived through it. :-) then egg scramble with sautéed mushrooms and broccoli.

Looking for a variety of breakfast options...waking up to eggs every morning will be a challenge.

Started my 2nd today...the first time not having 1/2 & 1/2 in my coffee was unthinkable...I used coconut milk instead, when my Whole 30 was over I rushed back to 1/2 $ 1/2 and found to my surprise I no longer liked the taste, it was okay, not bad but I missed my rich creamy coconut milk, so I dumped it and made a new one right there- it was such a surprise! Hope you find healthy surprises along the way:) Good luck!!
