Almond Yogurt

In theory, yes: if you find an almond milk yogurt with no off-plan ingredients (sweetened with fruit juice only) then yes, you can have it during the whole30. That said, I've not seen an almond milk yogurt in stores that meets this requirement. All have had either sweetener, grains or legumes (rice starch, pea protein, etc.).

I bought kite hill plain unsweetened yogurt. Soy and dairy free. It says it has pectin, guar gum. Are there ok?

These two items are fine however nuts and their products are meant to be limited (think a serving being the size of as many whole almonds you can hold in a closed fist and then only eat that every other day at most) so it's not an ideal food for your Whole30.
