Started Whole 30 #4 on January 2

In 2012, I did a Whole 30 to recover from some cruddy eating habits that had developed while finishing my dissertation. Then in 2013, I completed two Whole 30s as part of my New Year's resolutions for the year (I'd resolved to do one, but wound up doing 2). Now, in 2014, I'm resolving to do two. Round one started January 2.


It's really amazing to me how much I've learned from each round, and while I'm not totally where I want to be with my food habits, each Whole 30 moves me further in that direction.
