LibbyM Posted January 18, 2014 Author Share Posted January 18, 2014 Okay day 15 was a little interesting because we went out to dinner with our 8th grade young life girls to a mexican restaurant... Meal 1: eggs, chorizo and sugar snap peas Meal 2: left over meatballs & spaghetti squash I was starving by 5 and dinner wasn't until 7 so I ate a lara bar while grocery shopping...I wasn't a huge fan so at least I won't have a problem with those Meal 3: grilled chicken with romaine and salsa...the salsa didn't have sugar but all of their salad dressing options did and the first time she brought my salad out it was covered in cheese! I felt bad but I asked her to get the cheese taken off and it ended up being delicious but not super filling so I had a small bowl of cinnamon beef stew when I got home. I definitely stayed compliant but let's see if I can remember what I ate Day 18: meal 1 spinach, bacon and onion sweet potato crust quiche meal 2 Cinnamon beef stew Meal 3 apple chicken sausage, sweet potato hashbrowns and sugar snap peas day 19: Meal 1: spinach, bacon and onion sweet potato crust quiche Meal 2: left over meal 3 from day before Meal 3: pork chop with sugar snap peas and half an apple cut up and microwaved with a little bit of ghee and cinnamon (I thought I had apple sauce and didn't so this was a delicious stand in) Day 20 Meal 1: spinach, bacon and onion sweet potato crust quiche Meal 2: potroast and sugar snap peas Meal 3: paleo pad thai Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
