Posted January 4, 2014 Share Posted January 4, 2014 My wife and i started the whole30 program on 1/1/14, being gluten free and reading "Grain Brain" it made sense and the first seemed like a good day to start. What i would like to know if there are any marathoners or ultra marathoners out there is how long did it take to adjust & how do you get your calories during a race?
