fahrenam
I know that chia is allowed and all the ingredients are fine (just chia seeds, coconut milk and fruit). I wasn't sure if it's resemblance to yogurt and/or dessert made it not Whole 30. I like them because they are very portable, not too sweet, and fill me up
KatMar
That sounds pretty darn delicious, but an awful lot like the chia pudding that I love but don't make for myself during a W30. True, the ingredients are compliant, but is it a sweet type thing? Does it feel just like food or a treat? For myself, I'd say no to it, but then again, I'm a sucker for creamy comfort foods. Another way to look at it is that liquidy/yogurty/puddingy type things don't usually feel as satisfying as a good meal. Have you tried packing some precooked egg muffins or hard boiled eggs and veggies as an on the go snack?
Vian
I think it depends on the person. If it feels too much like a treat or dessert, then maybe you shouldn't have it.
fahrenam
Thanks. I was using it less a sweet treat and more as an alternative to eggs. I'm eating so many of them and they are so key to my breakfast, I don't want to get sick of them
