I can understand not wanting 3 meals so early! I don't do morning workouts anymore, but I would say your post workout meal can be your full breakfast, with something simple beforehand. I could never eat much before a workout, so I would thrown down an egg and a handful of veggies with maybe half avocado and ravenously devour a real breakfast after a shower.

If you do like lots of food before a workout, maybe make a big breakfast and eat half before, half after.
