Committed to the Challenge ... On Day 2

So I started the Whole30 challenge on yesterday... I must admit I was a little nervous, especially with my beloved pasta and sweets being taken away!! However, Day 1 didn't go bad at all... I actually enjoyed the way I felt when it was time to go to bed. After my meals I actually felt full and satisfied, not the usual bloated-hungry in 30 minutes. I also noticed that I consumed more water. I am truly looking forward to reaping the benefits of going Paleo and can't wait to see my end results in 28 more days!!! :) :) :)
