Coming up to the hardest part of the day (Day 2) for me. The sugar monster really starts whispering at me after dinner and keeps up until I'm asleep.


Other than that we are smooth sailing. This is the first Whole30 for hubby and I and we are taking the opportunity to clean up the kids' diet a bit. We won't be putting them on a full Whole 30 but we are restricting grains and dairy to 2 servings per day and offering unlimited fruits, veggies, nuts and meat. So far so good!


Looking forward to the next month.
