Daily email supports -- went from day 4 to day 0

My start date updated without me changing it. Has anyone else had this issue? I went and updated it to what today is for me (day 5), just a little concerned that I'll miss out on today's email, and that makes me nervous being a newbie and all :) Any idea how to ask someone to re email me day 5 today? Or can anyone email it to me please? Thank you! :)
