LJ's first Whole 30

Woke up this morning with a sense of commitment and almost relief knowing there will be no turmoil of what I put in my mouth. The rules are clear and for me, that's a really good thing. Black and white....no gray! ALL OR NOTHING.

Breakfast: 3 egg white muffins (bell pepper, onion and Canadian bacon chopped, covered with egg whites and cooked in a muffin tin)-fresh strawberries-fresh red bell pepper slices

Lunch: a few green grapes

Dinner: ground turkey burger with sautéed onions (coconut oil), steamed fresh Brussels sprouts and fresh spinach with a little coconut oil.
