What I thought was day 3 ickiness/carb flu has turned out to be an actual stomach virus of some kind...how do I cope with this? I haven't broken yet and have forced compliant meals down, but other than drinking ginger kombucha every other kind of food seems absolutely repulsive. Does anyone have any "feel better" food?
