Chicken thighs post-workout (as opposed to chicken breast)

Are boneless chicken thighs lean enough to be consumed post workout?  I normally bake a bunch of chicken breast, but lately I have been mixing in the organic boneless thighs from costco.  They are a bit cheaper and they tend to not be a dry when reheated, or eaten cold.  The thighs I buy state on the package that they are 4% fat.

I'll typically have between 7-8+ oz chicken and some sweet potatoes after a workout.

Tom, when I bake my chicken breast, i normally brush it in Ghee (sometimes some olive oil)...i doubt this would be a problem when i eat it post workout, but I was wondering what your thoughts were (it's got to be tough to cook chicken in an edible way without some kind of fat)
