Bone broth bloat

Looking around for help with bloat!! On day 44 today.

First whole30 went really well, constipation issues appeared to be a thing of the past. Have been dairy and gluten free for years, so following the protocol felt very easy. I think I've tried to up the fat intake in the past week. Also real sauerkraut, not the supermarket kind.

Now have on and off runs/constipation and balloon belly. Wondering how I sailed through the first 30. What might be causing this now?

I am kind of afraid to eat anything compliant,
