72Jellybeans
Yesterday, on day 6 of my first Whole 30, I had beef bone broth, cooked according to the recipe in 'it begins with food' and it made me really bloated and gave me terrible wind. Any reason this might be happening?
Robin Strathdee
Could you be sensitive to onion? Digestive issues are really common and usually resolve themselves in the first 10 days.
72Jellybeans
Thanks for the suggestion, but it don't think so, as I eat onion in almost every meal and this happened only with the broth? In case it was something else, I am going to try the broth again in the next day to see if it happens again.
Etoile
Looking around for help with bloat!! On day 44 today. First whole30 went really well, constipation issues appeared to be a thing of the past. Have been dairy and gluten free for years, so following the protocol felt very easy. I think I've tried to up the fat intake in the past week. Also real sauerkraut, not the supermarket kind. Now have on and off runs/constipation and balloon belly. Wondering how I sailed through the first 30. What might be causing this now? I am kind of afraid to eat anything compliant, thank you for help and insight.
