No headach today!! Lots of energy..

Started with coffe with coconut milk....gonna take some getting used to :)

Meal 1.... 2 sausage patties (homemade pork sausage), 1/2 sweet potato, strawberry salad(strawberries, rasberries, 1/2 banana, 1/4 apple)

Meal 2....turkey burger(w/spinach and onion), 1/2 sweet potato, 1 boiled egg

Meal 3.......small ground beef patty, sautéed kale (a first for me), 1/2 an avocado, 1 whole yellow bell paper and 1 whole red bell pepper (strips)

I'd suggest less fruit and more veggies at your meal.  Fruit is limited to 1-2 servings per day, with a serving size = the size of your fist.  For example, have a whole sweet potato and 1 cup of mixed fruit instead with your sausage.
