Crystal Frazier Thibodeau
Well after feeling like crap today from too much coffee and dairy I am starting Whole30 tomorrow. I am also giving up coffee because I have really terrible heartburn and I am pretty sure the coffee is a main contributor. I have been debating taking my 4 year old off of dairy again to see if it helps. Since I won't be partaking in dairy I think it would be good to see how he does. I threw my scale away a month ago, but I have noticed my rings are tight at the end of the day and my abdomen has been swollen lately - so inflammation is getting me somewhere even though I don't eat grains of any kind. I have been practically passing out around noon each day - so I am overall feeling like crap!! lol! Looking forward to it.

Crystal Frazier Thibodeau
Day 1 Starbucks was calling my name this morning! haha - I jumped on the treadmill and walked for 20 minutes instead. Breakfast: 3 fried eggs, 3 bacon (the grasslandbeef kind that is approved, sauteed onions and spinach, small banana This was really too much food. I am going to try droping 2 pieces of bacon tomorrow and eating 1/2 grapefruit instead of the banana. Workout: heavy weights 1 hour Lunch: Tin wild sardines, small handful cashews, 1/2 avocado, lots of raw veggies, sauteed onions and peppers, kombucha tea, handful blueberries I ate around 11 so I could pick up my boys after - but wasn't hungry -- I am going to try to push back my lunch because I was hungry at 330 and ate dinner instead of waiting for hubs to get home - this is a bad habit of mine. Dinner: 3 fried eggs, medium sized potato, 1/2 avocado, 3 handfuls of baby carrots
