Rlowe Posted January 8, 2014 Share Posted January 8, 2014 I am on day 11 of my whole 30 and just don't have any appetite. This is VERY abnormal for me. I basically have to force myself to eat after 4 -5 hours. I especially don't feel like eating in the mornings or at dinner time. I am pretty active throughout the day and exercise regularly. I have been eating Paleo for a year now, so the transition to whole30 was not very drastic for me. My diet change was eliminating my nightly glass of wine, diary cream and stevia. Any suggestions?
