Rlowe Posted January 8, 2014 Share Posted January 8, 2014 I am on day 11 of my whole 30 and just don't have any appetite. This is VERY abnormal for me. I basically have to force myself to eat after 4 -5 hours. I especially don't feel like eating in the mornings or at dinner time. I am pretty active throughout the day and exercise regularly. I have been eating Paleo for a year now, so the transition to whole30 was not very drastic for me. My diet change was eliminating my nightly glass of wine, diary cream and stevia. Any suggestions? Robin Strathdee Posted January 8, 2014 Share Posted January 8, 2014 Hi there! It's not uncommon to lose your appetite at this point in the game, and it usually passes in a few days. I'm currently on Day 12 and have been very eh lately, no appetite (compared to last week when I was hungry all the time). Last night I ran 3 miles before dinner and still wasn't even hungry.
