LJ......DAY 4 ��

Shorty went back to school today so I got up early....

Meal 1.....3 egg muffins, 1/2 sweet potato, 1/2 bell pepper, 1/2 avocado

Gym time.....35 minutes on treadmill (just walking), 15 minutes on bike....( I'll have to build back up with this annoying back trouble)

Meal 2....... More of a snack really.....a palm full of raw almonds, a small bowl of fruit consisting of strawberries, rasberries, and a banana.

Meal 3..... Small spinach salad with oil and vinegar, black olives (about 1/2 dozen), 1 boiled egg, tuna salad (made with homemade mayo, spinach and onion)
