DAY 18 Jan 23 Thursday

 

MEAL 1: Having a bad day, running late, ate a Lara Bar.

 

MEAL 2: Pot roast with mashed faux-tatoes (w/ ghee & coconut milk) and carrots.

 

MEAL 3: Same as meal 2.

 

 

 

I am so over this. I hate all the vegetables. You hear me, vegetables? I hate you all!

P.S. Why do restaurants say they are "soy-free" on the allergen info sheet only to say in fine print that they don't consider soybean oil to be soy and there's soybean oil in all the meats? Since when is oil from soybeans made of something other than soybeans? Shame on them.
