Marceeruns Posted January 9, 2014 Share Posted January 9, 2014 Any input would be greatly appreciated.. I am on day 24 of my first whole 30 and loving it! A few days ago at my gym I tore a back muscle and today had to be out on pain medication and a heavy steroid dose for a week.. I'm wondering if this will interfere with the affects of my whole 30 success? I'm still eating the same but didn't know how the meds would affect things..
