Day 24....feeling good, but still pretty tired most of the time...any ideas why this might be?

I'm on day 24 already, and have not cheated at all...Most nights I'm sleeping very soundly for at leastt 8 hrs. I still feel tired most of the time and can't figure out why. I go for 3 mile walks about 3 days a week, which isn't strenous for me. Any suggestions to get my energy up would be greatly appreciated! Sara

Try adding an extra serving of sweet potatoes or squash and make sure you are eating a serving of healthy fat with each meal-I found that my energy levels were much better when I did that! I really had to be conscious of that the first time, and I think I can probably add a little more during round two-hoping that will help with my running and working out energy! Don't be afraid of those healthy carbs and fats-it goes against everything we read and hear, but if I can lose 15 pounds eating the way I did, something is wrong with what they are saying, right?
