women, fat loss, and protein

Not sure what you mean by higher protein? I love eggs too, and they are an easy meal. My experience is that eating a variety of foods is always the most beneficial, Beyween that and having a 15 year old athlete to feed, I make roasted meat or crockpots of goodness 2-3 times a week, and eat the leftovers for lunch. Of course, that is after my 2eggs in sauteed kale orchard with ghee for breakfast! I am not worried about eating fat. Don't think it's an issue. What are you doing for fitness?
