FrozeninMN Posted January 9, 2014 Share Posted January 9, 2014 I just started my second week of Whole 30, and the hardest part of the entire thing is not stepping on the scale! I decided to use other methods of measuring progress and just tried on my wedding ring which hasn't fit on my puffy finger in over 6 years. Hey it fits! And my hands don't hurt all the time. My ankles are less swollen too. My pants are loose, my bra's are super loose! I feel fantastic, and that is such huge motivation to keep going!
