I'll be starting along with you.  I followed paleo diet pretty well and got off track with some extra eating an cheating over the holidays.  Have the book, signed up for the Daily to keep me on track.  Cleaning the pantry today and will make sure I have enough food on hand to get myself started as I start this adventure!

I'm starting for the first time tomorrow, too! I'm super excited, but a bit nervous.

 

I have 65 lbs that I've been hanging on to since university (!!!). I'm all good on the fitness side of things - I would out every day and LOVE it. I just can't seem to get my nutrition under control. I'm hoping that this will help me clean out and balance my system (eating like crap makes you feel like crap) so that I'm not so reliant on sugar. 

 

Here's to a great new adventure!  :)
