NicoleSH Posted January 10, 2014 Share Posted January 10, 2014 A couple of years ago, I was 300 lbs. I decided that wasn't the life I wanted to live. I got straight with my nutrition and exercise. I've lost a 115 lbs, gained some muscle and feel great. I'm ready for the next leg of this incredible journey. Our crossfit box shared the Whole30 challenge. I read the first few sentences including a blurb about not waiting, start right now. So. I did. January 6th. I'm also reading the book. Stay tuned.
