Lisadawn
I've come across "natural flavour" as an ingredient in a few of things - beef stock and chai tea for example. Is natural flavour ok to eat? I saw it in one post about La Croix sparkling waters being OK but they contain natural flavor as well: http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/13723-what-can-i-drink-outside-of-water-tea-and-coffee/?hl=pellegrino#entry165882 I've read it is a very broad term and can include some pretty gross things (see my links below) that I don't want to eat and don't think are Whole30 compliant. http://gentleworld.org/the-gross-truth-about-natural-flavors/ http://henrymakow.com/nothing-natural-about-natural.html
