Booglett Posted January 11, 2014 Share Posted January 11, 2014 Didn't get to log my meals for day five...but it was ALL good!! As was today (day 6).. Although, I'm finding that I'm just not hungry.. Physibeth Posted January 11, 2014 Share Posted January 11, 2014 I would at least eat something on the lower end of the template after 6 hours go by even if you are not hungry. Part of this program is reminding our bodies what hunger cues are supposed to look like and rebalance hormones. Skipping a meal will not help with that.
