AmyS Posted January 11, 2014 Share Posted January 11, 2014 Naturally occurring sulfites are fine. Balsamic vinegar has them naturally. What you don't want to see is the word sulphites in the ingredients list (I also look out for "caramel color" - looks dodgy to me, that one).
