Marceeruns Posted January 12, 2014 Share Posted January 12, 2014 I'm on day 29 of my first Whole 30 but am planning to do 45-60.. Things seem to be going well but I'm just making sure I'm not sabotaging my results.. I have been sticking to my 3 meals a day without snacking (which has been a struggle mentally) other than that I have 2 cups of brewed Crio with a bit of coconut milk added, and again in the later evening.. I'm getting more used to not snacking and eating enough at meal times to stay full but is adding the Crio/coconut milk giving me too much fat or spiking my insulin etc? Thanks for any feedback!
